To get started with trainer, follow these easy steps:

1. Visit the Releases Page
   Go to our Releases page. Here, you will find the latest version of the trainer application available for download.

2. Download the Application
   Click on the most recent version to download the installer. Make sure to choose the version that matches your operating system.

3. Run the Installer
   Locate the file you downloaded and double-click it to run the installer. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation process.

4. Launch the Application
   After installation, find the trainer application in your programs list. Click to open and start managing your tasks.

• Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS Sierra or higher
• Node.js & npm: Required only for advanced features (not needed for basic use)

There are a couple of ways to edit your application if you want to enhance or customize it:

Simply visit the Lovable Project to start working on the code. Prompting changes through Lovable will automatically commit them to this repo.

If you wish to work locally using your own Integrated Development Environment (IDE), follow these steps:

1. Clone the Repository
   Use the following command to clone the repo:

   git clone <YOUR_GIT_URL>

2. Navigate to the Project Directory
   Change directory to your cloned project:

   cd <YOUR_PROJECT_NAME>

3. Install Dependencies
   Run this command to install all necessary libraries:

   npm i

4. Start the Development Server
   You can start the development server with the following command:

   npm start

   This will launch the application locally and enable auto-reloading for quicker testing.

To check for updates in the future, revisit the Releases page. Download and install the newer version following the same steps as above.
