How does the setup process work?
Standard setup is completed within 1-2 weeks. This may vary depending on your existing infrastructure and needs. Initial data starts flowing immediately after setup.
Can you work with my existing Consent Management Platform (CMP)?
Yes, you can integrate your existing Consent Management Platform solutions and maintain your GDPR-compliant data collection processes. We work with Cookiebot, OneTrust, and other popular CMP solutions.
How does pricing work?
Pricing varies based on the scope of the selected product or service. Both one-time payment options and monthly subscription models are available. We offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs.
Why is pricing in USD?
Transactions are processed in dollars due to the Paddle payment infrastructure and other deductions.
Are refunds available?
Since the purchased product can be copied and modified, refunds are not offered as an option. However, if dissatisfaction is service-related, it will be evaluated.
How does invoicing work?
Paddle provides an invoicing button in the confirmation email. The invoice type (individual/corporate) cannot be changed once initially set, but the address can be updated.
How is my data protected?
Data handling varies by product and service context. Work is conducted through access permissions—no external data storage. NDAs are processed when required. All access is reset upon project completion.
What support will I receive during the project?
Yes, we offer pre-meeting consultations and technical support. Communication is primarily via email. For long-term projects, we also provide support through project management tools like Slack, Clickup, or Asana. We use Loom videos for explanations and summaries.
How does the consulting process work?
The process starts with a 15-minute free preliminary meeting, followed by evaluation and a proposal. After approval, work is conducted through Toggl Track or Upwork.
How is Shopify technical support provided?
Support is provided through partner access. Theme changes are made by creating a Duplicated Theme and verified via Preview link.
