Puedes crear tu instancia de base de datos de destino fuera de
Database Migration Service antes de configurar el trabajo de migración.
Este enfoque es especialmente útil cuando planeas usar Terraform o alguna otra
herramienta de infraestructura como código para administrar tu infraestructura.
