Sometimes organic marketing is all in the details, or in this case, artwork. π¨ Take this for example: we noticed a resident posting comedic videos in one of our Lofts, practicing some Dutch phrases. So we decided to create unique personal touch for him, surpassing just a hand-written card: a fun piece of custom artwork that reacted to one of his previous videos when staying with us. A bit of social listening can go a far way, and engaging with your community offline can be just as important as online.
