Terms of Service

♦By commissioning me, you agree to my terms and conditions.My terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice, this will not affect your commission if it was requested before the change.♦Payment is first, no exceptions. I will not start the drawing without receiving full payment.♦I do not work on commissions exclusively on a first-come, first-served basis because I cannot continue to work without the approval of an advance (subject to decision) but this is normally the method used.♦You have three changes free of charge at the sketch stage. A charge of 3 usd for each change after the changes are made. If the pose is modified when the drawing is already in the lineart phase, the modification will be charged with the price of a of a sketch commission (subject to price).♦The delivery time is approximately 2 weeks maximum in normal times normal times, in case of needing more time than established I will be sure to I will be sure to notify in advance.♦The prices of my commissions may not be fixed either by offer, discount, experimentation, etc. These changes do not apply to your commission from the time the payment and/or quotation is established until the end of the quotation process.♦I do not work with descriptions. The character must have at least one legible and complete visual reference according to the piece to be commissioned (If you want a fullbody of the character it must have at least one fullbody reference and so on)♦I would appreciate having a visual reference of the idea you have in mind for the pose and/or expression of the character. Please specify if creative freedom is given to the concept. I would like to receive a brief description of the character in this case to guide me.♦I do not work on weekends (There are exceptions when I have a lot of university work).
♦The prices shown for commissions are only a base, this can be increased or maintained as I deem appropriate.

Use

♦I RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO ANY IMAGE CREATED AND/OR PRODUCED BY ME THE PAYMENT ONLY COVERS YOUR CREATION AND PERSONAL USE♦Commercial use should be discussed in advance depending on the part and the product to be produced (base percentage 15% per PRODUCT).♦The client is not allowed to publish his commissioned artwork on sites dedicated to sales (Examples; Deviant.art or Furaffinity).
There is no need to no need to communicate this on places like Toyhou.se, Facebook or personal networks but credits are greatly appreciated♦Any editing or modification that directly affects the piece without prior permission is PROHIBITED. (Examples: re-color, coloring, tracing).
Edits are valid (banners, profile picture)♦The commissioned art piece will be published on my social networks. To a fee of 15 usd must be paid to keep it private. It is possible to postpone publication in case it is a surprise (gift, etc).

Payment And Reimbursement

♦Payment is first, no exceptions. I will not start the drawing without receiving full payment.
♦For payments over 100 USD, for the convenience of the client, I will follow a 50/50 payment policy.
♦The VGen fees are not included in the base price.♦Payment is by paypal or wire transfer (Mexico only)♦Ayment by paypal must be through an invoice or invoice.♦No refunds gonna be allowed after I already started working in your piece

I can / I Cannotand Experimental

EXPERIMENTAL means that the result will be based, more than anything else, on your confidence in me as an artist since I don't usually draw the subjects indicated.

The difference between the experimental ones and the ones I don't draw is that I don't have any experience with the latter.
