Zibiru is a contemporary Italian restaurant in Seminyak where tradition is reimagined through place, craft, and atmosphere. Our kitchen takes a regional Italian approach, focusing on lesser-known dishes and time-honored techniques, brought to life with premium local ingredients. With over two decades of culinary expertise, Chef Gianluca Visciglia has left his mark on the global culinary scene, with stops in Philippines, Oman, and Indonesia. His unique culinary style draws inspiration from a rich tapestry of memories from northern Italy to his family roots in the south. This diverse background infuses our menu with authentic Italian cuisine with a modern flair, offering a comprehensive culinary journey throughout the Old World.

Chef Luigi’s dedication to traditional, handmade culinary delights has been a hallmark of Zibiru's offerings. Bottega Italiana Bali is our sister café group, with three locations across Bali, rooted in the preservation of traditional Italian food culture. Everything is made in-house, following time-honored recipes and techniques passed down through generations—no reinterpretations, no shortcuts, no trends.

The menu focuses on classic Italian specialties, from handmade pastas to baked goods and everyday staples, prepared the way they are meant to be. We work with locally sourced, premium ingredients, prioritizing organic produce where possible, to honor Italian cooking’s core philosophy: simplicity, balance, and respect for raw materials.

Bottega Italiana Bali is designed for everyday dining—approachable, honest, and consistent. Quality is uncompromising, yet pricing remains accessible, making it a place guests return to again and again, whether for a morning espresso, a casual lunch, or a comforting Italian meal.

Negroni Pitstop

A modern Italian aperitivo bar designed for quick stops and long conversations. Negroni Pitstop is all about perfectly balanced Negronis, easygoing Italian bites, and the ritual of aperitivo—before dinner, after dinner, or whenever the mood strikes.

With locations in Seminyak and Berawa, expect Napoli-style pizza in Seminyak, Italian-style sliders in Berawa, and a standing-bar energy that’s casual, playful, and unapologetically social.


Da Me, Vini & Vinili

Da Me is our most expressive concept—an energetic, music-led Italian dining experience in Seminyak. Rooted in an Amalfi-inspired menu, the night unfolds across three distinct experiences, including an intimate omakase-style chef’s table where the menu responds to the guest’s choice of music.
