The trip turned out to be even better than expected by WiseYatra freely upgrading us to 4 star hotels even though we had paid for 3 star hotels. Wise Yatra also provided pretty detailed itinerary along with many pointers. I would definitely recommend them and will inquire with them for our next trips. We like the middle ground due to the flexibility of schedule and not having to book everything. We also prefer to pick our own food. So worked out really well. Wise Yatra team really went above and beyond to keep checking with us daily.Show more

Train ticket was cheapest seat on the cheapest train. My wife went to the toilet and came back saying disgusting. Hotel was far from the tourist attraction and close to the train station. I wasn't going to walk dragging my suite case so close to train statin didn't mean anything. Operations including the documentations and instructions were good. Phone conference was unnecessary.Show more

You even had suggested metro trains to take! It was filled with must see sites, and yet gave us enough free time to do our own activities. It has been one of our most enjoyable trips! We were able to talk to the travel advisor before my trip and Wiseyatra adjusted my itinerary in each city to accommodate our needs. Although we discussed 3-star hotels pre-trip, Wiseyatra was able to provide 4-star accommodations to us. Wiseyatra Prague-Vienna-Budapest tour gave us the solid structure we could depend on with airport pickup, hotel reservations, inter-city (Prague - Vienna, Vienna – Budapest) train tickets and basic tours. They also prepared a detailed itinerary with suggested places to visit. I was in touch with Wiseyatra throughout our tour. They patiently answered all our questions. The trip went without a hitch. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
