For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged:

I hereby grant Tekamo Group Inc. DBA TekamoHD, its affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively the “Company”) the irrevocable right, in perpetuity, to use the footage taken of me in connection with the production, distribution and use of the footage; to edit, delete, alter and amend the footage in any manner; and to juxtapose the Footage with any other material.

This grant of rights includes the right to use my image, voice and all instrumental, musical or other sound effects produced by me contained in the footage without restriction of any kind or nature whatsoever. The footage may be used throughout the world, in perpetuity and in any and all media now and hereafter devised without any payment to me.

I acknowledge and agree that any media content I voluntarily submit, transmit, upload, or otherwise provide to Tekamo Group Inc. DBA TekamoHD or any of its affiliates, employees, or representatives—including but not limited to video files, audio recordings, photographs, or written materials—shall be considered submitted content. By doing so, I grant the Company the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, or otherwise use such content in any form or media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial use. This includes submissions made via text, email, file transfer, cloud storage links, or any other method of delivery to anyone associated with the Company.

The Company has no obligation to use the Footage. I hereby release and forever discharge the Company of, from and against all actions, causes of actions, claims, suits, judgment and demands which may be made against the Company by virtue of my appearance, in any matter whatsoever, in the footage.
