1-on-1 Hourly Rates

I know cost can be a huge barrier to getting your business or organization off the ground or to the next phase, so I offer sliding scale pricing to meet you where you’re at. You understand your own situation best, so please pick the level that feels right to you. Unfortunately, I am only able to offer a limited number of Level 1 slots because I also need to support myself as a small business, but if there are no Level 1 spots available I can put you on my waitlist and notify you when I have an opening. When you book a Level 3 spot, you make it possible for me to open more Level 1 spots!

Level 1 - $75/session

Consider this level if you are just getting your business or organization started, your net revenue is under $50k/year (business) or $100k/year (non-profit), or money is tight.

Level 2 - $150/session - At Cost

Consider this level if you are 1-5 years into your business or organization, your net revenue is between $50-200k/year (business) or $100-$400k/year (non-profit), or you have some middle class privilege.

Level 3 - $225/session

Consider this level if you are 5+ years into your business or organization, your net revenue is over $200k/year (business) or $400k/year (non-profit), or you have upper class privilege.

At this time, I can offer a 6-month strategy session package at no cost to one individual. Priority goes to Black, Indigenous, Latine, and/or AAPI folks who are actively engaged in community organizing or other social justice work. Custom Project Rates

Rates for all other projects are customized. Prices will vary depending on scope needed to meet the outcomes of each project. Factors such as planning time, communications, and outreach are examples of variables that can affect scope. Typically, I will start by sharing a comprehensive scope that I believe will best meet the outcomes you are seeking. If that scope does not fit your needs, capacity, or budget, we will refine together from there.

Here are some minimums you can expect for custom facilitation projects:

Half Day Session - Starts at $2,500

Full Day Session - Starts at $3,500

Strategy Sprints - Starts at $1,500

Training Series - Starts at $5,000, varies based on team size and series goals

2-Hour Workshop - Starts at $750

If cost is a barrier, I am open to flexing and adapting the scope and pricing to meet your needs. I do periodically offer discounts and am open to pro-bono work if my budget and capacity allows. That being said, if you have cost constraints, I still encourage you to reach out and let me know what kind of budget you have, and then we can develop a proposal from there.
