With two decades in tech, she has led global teams and built scalable, AI-driven systems at both startups and large enterprises, including nearly a decade at eBay shaping buyer experiences. Beyond her core role, Shalini leads LinkedIn’s REACH apprenticeship program, which has created pathways into tech for non-traditional talent. She is passionate about using technology to expand access to opportunity and to build inclusive teams that reflect the diversity of the communities they serve.
