Where does innovation begin? Innovation & Finishing & Immersion Why do innovations that begin with brilliantly planned blueprints often lack the excitement expected? There's no set starting point for innovation. It's natural to take time for reorganization and pursue new innovations at the end of a project. Rather than simply finishing, introspection and correction of mistakes should be a key element. Innovation should unfold step by step from the end point. If you only look ahead and rush forward, innovation will never arrive. Korea's top toilet paper company, the US's world-leading mobility company, Japan's most technical advanced mechanical parts company, and Germany's world-leading home appliance company. The innovative mindset of these companies is undeniable. The problem lies in the unhealthy beginnings of innovation. They focus on visual innovation rather than on a series of finishing touches. There is no such thing as a 100% perfect product or service. Denying or ignoring this and focusing solely on superficial innovation is the beginning of a crooked innovation. Taking the time to truly immerse yourself in the process, even if it takes time, will create the starting point for a proper innovation.

Love how Salesforce is making global events smarter! At forums like WEF, time is the most valuable currency ⏱️ — and Agentforce freeing up 75% of queries instantly is a game-changer for leaders who should focus on vision, not logistics. Curious — if you had an AI assistant at such events, what would you ask it first?
