QB's EQUIP program is one of Australia's longest running broker insurer learning partnerships. Since it's launched in 2007, the program has been at the heart of the professional and personal development of over 1000 brokers. It's a huge privilege, only 50 people get the opportunity every two years, so it's a great honour. I think what makes EQUIP specialists have been going for such a long period of time, like 17 years, it's considered one of the things people want to be a part of. For me personally, I think what it is, is many people in any financial industry get taught a lot about the technical side of things. And I think what the equip program does is it focuses on the psychology of people. How do we get the best out of ourselves? How do we look after our well-being? How do we care for our clients? How do we understand people? And regardless of how much technology we have in the world, the people is the keep up. It's been really nice to connect with these people and kind of understand what their challenges are in their roles and and also just speak to each other and get some advice. And so that's been really surprising for me, but really positive. The EQUIP program shows Q's ongoing commitment, developing future talent and supporting the industry. The energy in the room is just full of excitement. There's so much intrigue. Insurance landscape I think is incredibly complex and it's always evolving. So I think programs like this are so incredible and so important to ensure that we are giving the future leaders the opportunity to learn and be the most successful they can be so they can perform and continue to lead our industry. The connections that they build in this program will last throughout their entire career. It shows a cube care about what brokers are doing on their journey as well that they want to provide strategic alignment to the industry. And it's really just a a good opportunity to bring people together and and create a network and a support factor for people that are coming up through the industry and really giving their time and their resources back and sharing knowledge. So it it really is a sign of support for Equip is a proven launchpad for future insurance leaders and a powerful way that QB strengthens relationships with our key. Broke apart.
