LinkedIn: This is the networking template I used when I sent updates to my connections regarding my progress every quarter. If you need more templates, find it here: https://bit.ly/351yiy2, but let's break it down so you can do the same: 💡 First, I start with a welcoming paragraph and restate when we last spoke (I'll keep tabs on what month we had our last interaction) 💡 Next, I'll give an update on what I've been up to for the past 3 months/quarter and give 2-3 lines of updates; these can be regarding work, personal, university, and more 💡Lastly, a call to action; this can be to chat on the phone, get an update from them, or engage again in conversation Hope this is helpful on your #JobSearch and follow for more! #JWoW #Wonsulting

This is great stuff it’s templates and routines that can make such a difference
Ok, I'm going to automatically save EVERY post you do Jonathan Javier💡! Thank you so much for providing insightful and workable information for improving our job-search. I know you must be terribly busy with your new Company, but you are appreciated more than you know 😊
Jonathan Javier💡 do you make a post on LI and blast this out for your entire network to see? or do you only send it out to key contacts?
Love that you made the cadence quarterly Jonathan. Too many job seekers think you need to be connecting and updating every week to build relationships. That's not true, especially when you're in a good place and networking for the long term!
Thanks Jonathan! There's a lot of advice on LinkedIn about building relationships, but it's not always clear how. I'll definitely be using these templates :)
Very helpful and interesting template! Thanks for sharing! :)
Networking is all about strategy. This is 1 way you can stay organized. I’ve considered using a CRM to keep track of everyone I network with. Just a thought!
