Real Health Questions for parents to ask Schools and Workplace? Executive-Level Healthy Building Questions: 1. Beyond aesthetics, how do your material and design choices actively support occupant health and reduce chemical exposures? 2. After remediation, what verification steps do you take to confirm the space is safe, not just visually clean? 3. What baseline air quality and ventilation benchmarks are established before occupancy or re-entry? 4. How do you identify and address potential occupant sensitivities or health risks during the assessment phase? 5. What systems are in place for continuous monitoring of indoor air quality, humidity, and ventilation over time? 6. How is long-term performance data reported back to stakeholders to ensure accountability and transparency? 👉 These six cover the entire lifecycle: design → remediation → baseline → assessment → monitoring → accountability.
Outstanding 🇺🇸
So, "real men" are supposed to work out in jeans...and women are supposed sit and watch. This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. What happened to the real work of the HHS?
Oh boy — I’ve been exercising consistently for over a decade now, and even then this challenge was no joke. 100 push-ups and 50 pull-ups in under 10 minutes really pushed me. But here’s the thing: I know firsthand how much better I feel staying active, and I’ve also seen the data. According to the CDC, lack of regular exercise costs the U.S. about $117 billion every year in healthcare expenses — that’s billions spent on preventable chronic conditions like heart disease and diabetes. When I think about that, it makes my workouts feel bigger than just personal fitness. I do my part, not only to stay strong and healthy, but also to avoid adding to that burden.
I'm 65, pretty impossible for me. Not relevant.
The middle kid didn't fully extend, do over 😆
The only one in the entire video who is actually doing the exercises is the guy in the blue button down. RFKJ is doing the tiniest little pushups.
Are you up to the challenge of admitting you were wrong about the safety, efficacy, and public health benefits of the MMR vaccine when entrusted to your position? Are you up to the challenge of having integrity and acknowledging your role in spreading misinformation regarding the use of mRNA technology in vaccines in the aftermath of a terrorist attack against an agency under your leadership when it's revealed that the terrorist may have been influenced by you, and people like you? Are you up to the challenge of standing up against a president who is actively dismantling democracy? Are you up to the challenge of standing up for civic servants being laid off because of a distractive strategy that serves as an excuse to execute mass layoffs of dedicated career professionals? Are you up to the challenge of reading and considering analyses in scientific papers that provide strong evidence contradicting the biases and beliefs you've used to manipulate large groups of individuals? These are legitimate questions. And if you're not up to the challenge, you should recognize you are both professionally unqualified for your role and also lack the humility and accountability to be in your position with integrity.
My mission is to help vulnerable populations navigate crisis situations with empathy, empowerment and education.
2dI thought this was a comedy skit making fun of them, sadly it is not. These kids look straight out of them 1950s FBI movies.
