I can honestly state that this is a statistic which I am on the 50% that eats little to no highly processed food. As I have worked to loss weight and become healthier, I don't miss the crap food at all.

USDA needs to make all these ultra processed foods illegal. Remember they mage them legal. They can undo their errors.

Did You Know? In the United States, over 500,000 student-athletes participate in college sports, and many of them benefit from advanced sports nutrition, training, and wellness programs. Meanwhile, millions of American families—especially children and seniors—are living in homes, apartments, and vacation rentals with undetected mold, mycotoxins, and poor indoor air quality. They don’t have access to filtered air, purified water, or even basic ventilation standards that accommodate respiratory sensitivities. 🏠 Why aren't we applying the same care to indoor air and water as we do to college athletic nutrition? Behind the walls of too many buildings, microbial growth and chemical off-gassing are quietly making Americans sick as well as causing flare up for Americans living in chronic pain. It’s time for a national shift in housing standards: ✔ Every home should come equipped with air and water filtration & purification systems. ✔ Building codes must include health-based IAQ standards, not just minimum safety codes. ✔ Respiratory-sensitive individuals must be included—not ignored.
