At the Pentagon, Secretary Kennedy joined Secretary Hegseth for the “Pete & Bobby Challenge”: 100 push-ups and 50 pull-ups. The challenge highlights how physical fitness, resilience, and readiness are not only personal goals — they are vital to our nation’s security. Through the Make America Healthy Again initiative, HHS is working across government to support healthier lives for all Americans. Think you could do it? 💪

Why Buildings Should Be Graded Like Pro and World Class Athlete Standards: Athletes train aerobic (endurance) and anaerobic (power) systems. People rely on indoor air the same way. Poor air—VOCs, CO₂, humidity extremes, temperature swings, and particles—reduces focus, causes fatigue, and triggers inflammation. Buildings should be graded like athletes: air quality, humidity, chemical load, thermal comfort, and particle filtration. Poor training = injury; poor air = illness and lost productivity. 🏅 People shouldn’t live or work in buildings that weaken their lungs.

Impressive work!
How about Pete goes to rehab and RFK consult some actual scientists? That would be way more impressive
Well done!
It’s so refreshing to see government leaders doing such important relevant work. It’s just embarrassing now!!
Why is HHS still focused on traditional fitness programs and UFC-style combat training while other nations prioritize drones, AI, and advanced technology? Maintaining peak health starts with healthy air, food, and water—just look at why the NFL and Olympic House World Championships invest in Certified LEED Platinum and healthier indoor/outdoor building standards. Shouldn’t U.S. health initiatives align with modern global challenges and proven performance standards?
This is awesome!!
