I'm proud to promote Amrita M. and Lyman Bullard to Partners.    One of the things our industry cares about is Founder NPS (net promoter score). We at General Catalyst think equally heavily about our Limited Partner NPS, as their trust and faith in us allows us to back the world's most ambitious entrepreneurs. We have worked hard to develop talent dedicated to our LPs, and Amrita and Lyman are the quintessential examples of servant leaders in this regard. Lyman is a culture champion of GC. He started as an Intern with us in Boston all the way back in 2010 and has grown to be a pillar of our LP relationships, embracing ambiguity as GC has evolved into the investment and transformation company it is today. Amrita joined us as a Chief of Staff in 2018, before finding her home in Investor Relations. Her sophistication and depth of relationships is remarkable, especially as our business has become vastly more complex, and is the quintessential team member to seek truth. Both Lyman and Amrita are foundational to our growth and very proud to see their leadership take GC into its next chapter.
