It's with a ton of emotion and immense gratitude that I'm sharing my decision to leave Slalom. I have been extraordinarily lucky over the past 12 years to be part of an organization that probably took a bigger bet on me than they should have!   That chance afforded me the opportunity to join a firm that allowed me to show up as my complete and authentic self. In hindsight, I've learned that it wasn't my experience that Slalom valued. Instead, it was the fact that my values as a human being mapped perfectly with Slalom's Core Values. That alignment, plus the advocacy from countless friends, opened a chapter in my career that I never thought was possible. In these 12 years I've sat on boxes in the office with Katelyn Spear and spent hours meeting candidates in hotel lobbies with Troy Johnson. People like Alicia Santini and Kalee Tyson inspired me continuously with their bravery and grit. Dave Cutler, Trever Dahnke and Kesha Williams afforded me the opportunity to take amazing risks that broke barriers. Steve Winchester showed me what the art of recruiting truly looks like. Folks like Fanny Bergdahl, Mike DiMariano and Lindsay Grater (Bullock) put up with my ridiculous antics and kept me laughing. Recently, I even shed a few tears with my dear friend and mentor Tyler Shada.   The list of moments and people who shaped my world at Slalom could fill a book, and I am forever grateful. The last couple years have offered me some valuable perspective on what matters most - things like time, family, health and the courage to take risks. That reflection is truly what drove me to make this difficult decision. I am and always will be a raving Slalom fan. While this change might take me out of Slalom, there's nothing that can ever take Slalom out of me. For now I’m going to take a very quick breather, but I'm incredibly excited to announce my new venture in a couple weeks. More to come!

I will always remember how welcome you made me feel and how supportive you were when I was the new guy! You’ve had an amazing run and I am sure you’ll have amazing success in your next adventure. Congrats and good luck.

Brad Ingber - You’re an amazing leader and human. I love your dream big attitude (remember Teslas as a retention strategy?! haha). Working on the Cloud Residency with you was such a special chapter! Thanks for the fun, support, and always having my back. We miss you already!
