Group a room area schedule by function

- [Instructor] I had a question some time ago from a client. They sent me an email. They said, "Is it possible to create an Area Schedule showing the total living area and list the non-living areas as a separate entry and then a total of all of the spaces at the bottom?" So they basically want to break down the spaces within a house by living spaces and non-living spaces. Turns out that this is actually fairly easy to do. We have a few options that we can utilize for this. But the essential idea is that you just need some field to hold that information, living spaces versus non-living spaces, and you need that applied to all of your rooms. And then, once you have that, you can simply sort and group the Schedule based on that field. What we're going to do here is I'm going to work in this condominium building. So it's three stories.
