- [Instructor] Maya has a lot of options that allow you to customize it to behave exactly the way that you want. Now, a lot of this customization happens in preferences, so let's go into Windows, Settings, Preferences, Preferences. And this brings up this window. We have a lot of different options here. So, let's go ahead and just start at the top, start at Interface. And this allows me to control how the interface looks. So if I want, I can turn on or off, say, the menu bar. I can show, for example, the title bar or not. And this will give me more room on the screen to work. And then if I want, I can change things such as the highlight color. Now, if you're using Maya on a laptop, you can turn on what are called multi-touch gestures and that allows you to use, say, like a double tap or something like that. Now, UI elements basically turns on or off various features. So, in this case, I might not be using the command line…
