- [Instructor] You are the guardian of the relationship that your organization has with its customers, its investors, the regulators, and the public. And PR people have a special responsibility for maintaining the relationships and promoting good faith, ethical work, which is important for AI as it is really everywhere else. A few ways that you can help ensure that your AI work is done in good faith is, for instance, is bias in check? Make sure that both the data and the algorithms that are used are checked for bias frequently. Or second, emphasize the success of narrow or domain specific AI as opposed to the larger and shinier general AI. Because so much of the work in data science that has created measurable advances has been through this narrower approach.
