    All SBUs were profit making and key achievements so far being:-
    1. Turned around a 13 year old 100 % EOU company by restructuring, revamping the factory and changing the customer mix to profitability.

    Though a short term but effectively performed and achieved the expected goal by setting direction for long term quality seed production and increased the share Frito-Lay's specialty seed to farmers than local ones., farmer's training especially in newer geographies like West Bengal and the result was immediate by reducing dependant on southern states for West Bengal processing unit.
