    Following our success at HackMIT, my team was invited to compete against the employees of Pebble Technology to develop the most useful Pebble application in a 24-hour hack-a-thon. Our winning submission was an app which allows users to map buttons and gestures on the watch to keyboard commands on remote computers.

    Contestants had 24 hours to design and prototype a product from scratch. Our winning hack used readings from an EEG headset and tactile feedback from a Pebble smart watch to train users to meditate more effectively.

  • U.S. Presidential Scholar

    U.S. Office of the President

    The U.S. Presidential Scholars Program was established in 1964, by executive order of the President, to recognize and honor some of our nation's most distinguished graduating high school seniors. In 1979, the program was extended to recognize students who demonstrate exceptional talent in the visual, creative and performing arts. Each year, up to 141 students are named as Presidential Scholars, one of the nation's highest honors for high school students.
