About

From Army Sergeant Major to 3x LinkedIn Top Voice, Forbes Coaches Council and Senior Manager at EY, my transition from the military to the private sector must seem idyllic. It was (in fact) the hardest year of my life - and that is why I became so active on LinkedIn + created HireMilitary, Tenova LLC and the Digital Networking Professional Program.

HireMilitary is the ONLY veteran staffing company out there that provides Direct Placement (veterans & military spouses), but ALSO leverages the DoD SkillBridge Program to bring interns or “fellows” to companies for 3-4 month of OJT where the company is not allowed to pay salary or benefits (FLSA compliant) because the military still covers it. We bring an unparalleled social media & outreach program that touches more than 2.2M people every month in support of your requirements.

The Digital Networking Professional Program trains & certifies individuals to leverage LinkedIn in support of personal or corporate branding, growing a network, engaging with content and leveraging their free tools. The Digital Networking Coach certificate gets after those “optimizers” that charge people, but don’t have any way to back up their LinkedIn or coaching experience in a way that matters to potential clients. We are an approved Army Training Vendor for this under credentialing assistance.

Tenova LLC is a service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) that brings the unique quals of HireMilitary & the Digital Networking Professional Program, couples them with training, communications, and change management, to support government & commercial clients of all sizes.

I teach the transitioning General and Flag Officers from every branch of service, am a regular public speaker, train businesses on leveraging LinkedIn or Veteran Hiring Programs & volunteer much of my time supporting the military community both on and off-base. This is my passion – and I am lucky to have found a rewarding career to pursue it.
