The mission of the Whitney Ranch Charitable Foundation is to raise funds through charitable events to positively impact our community and to improve the lives of families and individuals in need.
Strokes4Hope is an annual charitable golf tournament held in honor of Debra Ann Scott. Unfortunately there is no known cure for Triple Negative Breast Cancer, but our hope is that one day we may be able to help fund/find a cure for breast cancer and it's many different subtypes.

The Whitney Ranch Charitable Foundation and Strokes4Hope are supporting Dr. Hope Rugo and UCSF, and local families by committing 100% of our profits to these programs and family needs. Dr. Rugo, co-director of the Breast Oncology Clinical Trials Program, has a special interest in therapies for breast cancer and is the principal investigator of several clinical trials testing these treatments.

T-Mobile and NATE just signed a major agreement that directly impacts tower contractors and crews on the ground. Highlights: * Site-specific and regional pricing replaces the one-size-fits-all matrix * 6% rate increase until new RFPs are finalized by end of year * "Scope to Quote" tool launches by Sept 1 to define job-specific SOWs * 30-day pay terms with 50% upfront billing at job start * Relief from Avetta, Ariba, and PaymodeX fees for small businesses * Crackdown on 1099/undocumented labor—reporting and enforcement tools coming * Limits on tiered subs and a move away from "Super GC" and turf vendor models These changes didn’t come easy—NATE pushed hard to get them.
