Move candidates across stages in your hiring pipeline in Recruiter and Recruiter Lite

Move candidates to different stages in your hiring pipeline in LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite to track and manage them throughout the hiring process.

Once you’ve created a project in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite, you can search for or import candidates, then add them to your hiring pipeline. This allows you to track and manage your candidate pipeline. Your pipeline contains the different hiring stages associated with your project.

To move a candidate to a different stage in your pipeline:

  1. Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

  2. Click the project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

  3. Click Pipeline on the left pane.

  4. Locate the candidate in your pipeline. You can use the search bar at the top of the list to search by name, title, skill or country.

  5. Click Change stage on the right side of the candidate’s profile card.
  6. Select the new stage from the dropdown.
