Move candidates to different stages in your hiring pipeline in LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite to track and manage them throughout the hiring process.
Once you’ve created a project in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite, you can search for or import candidates, then add them to your hiring pipeline. This allows you to track and manage your candidate pipeline. Your pipeline contains the different hiring stages associated with your project.
To move a candidate to a different stage in your pipeline:

Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

Click the project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

Click Pipeline on the left pane.

Locate the candidate in your pipeline. You can use the search bar at the top of the list to search by name, title, skill or country.

Click Change stage
on the right side of the candidate’s profile card. -
Select the new stage from the dropdown.
Once you’ve created a project in LinkedIn Recruiter on desktop, you can run a simple search for candidates and add them to your pipeline in the LinkedIn Recruiter mobile app. This allows you to track and manage your candidates through the hiring process.
Note: You can’t save a search to a project from the Recruiter mobile app.
To move a candidate to a different stage in your pipeline:

Sign in to the Recruiter mobile app.

Tap the project name on the homepage or tap the
Search icon to search for a project. -
Tap the
Move icon next to a candidate's name and select the new stage.
