Share candidate profiles for feedback in Recruiter and Recruiter Lite

You can share candidate profiles for feedback with anyone on LinkedIn directly from a project in LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Lite.

Important to know

Both Recruiter and Recruiter Lite subscribers can share a maximum of 25 profiles at once.

Here's a tip

You can send candidate feedback requests via LinkedIn or Microsoft Teams chat. For LinkedIn, recipients of candidate feedback requests will receive notifications at the primary email address listed on their LinkedIn profile. If these emails are not being received, the recipient must ensure that email notifications for candidate feedback are enabled on LinkedIn under Settings & Privacy > Notifications > Hiring someone > Candidate interviews.

To share a profile from a candidate’s profile in a project:

  1. Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter homepage.

  2. Click the project title. If you need to find your project, click Show all then you can use the filters on the left to locate it.

  3. Click Talent pool or Pipeline on the left pane.

  4. Locate your candidate in Talent pool or in Pipeline. You can use the pipeline categories on the left pane to view candidates in different stages of your pipeline.

  5. In the candidate profile card, click the  More icon on the right of the candidate’s profile card and select Share for review from the dropdown.

    Here's a tip

    You can share multiple profiles at once by selecting the box on the left in the profile cards then select the Share for review on the top of the page.

  6. In the Share profiles for review pane, select to send via LinkedIn or Microsoft Teams chat for feedback.

  7. In the Share profile with: box, enter the names of up to 10 users you want to share the profile with and select their names from the dropdown.

  8. Optional: Edit the pre-populated message.

  9. Click Share. If you want to go back without sharing the profile, click Cancel.
