Edit Lead Gen Forms in Campaign Manager

Last updated: 1 month ago

After saving a Lead Gen Form, your ability to edit it depends on whether it’s linked to an active campaign and what type of ad it’s associated with. After editing an active Lead Gen Form, it will be resubmitted for ad review. Ads associated with your Lead Gen Form may stop serving until the edited form is reviewed and approved.

Important to know

The Company Page must be active to edit a Lead Gen Form.

Important to know

If you integrate your Lead Gen Forms with a marketing automation or CRM platform, please note you can edit a form associated with an active Sponsored Content ad to fix typos and optimize for performance while maintaining the third-party partner integrations already set up for your Lead Gen Form.

If you edit a form that is not associated with an active campaign, you must make changes to account, form, and field settings in the integrated platform to ensure new test leads sync successfully.
