Ads Billing Center

Ads Billing Center allows you to manage how you pay for your ads across multiple ad accounts. You can view the payment methods for your ad accounts, apply for and set up monthly invoicing for your ad accounts, edit billing information for upcoming invoices, and download invoices.

Access requirements

Ads Billing Center is accessed through Business Manager and you must be a Business Manager admin to use it. Your ad accounts must be owned by or shared with your Business Manager to manage their billing in Ads Billing Center.

Important to know

If your ad account uses a credit card for payment, you’ll continue to manage the billing information from the billing center in Campaign Manager. You must be a billing admin to add or update a credit card in Campaign Manager.

  • Set up how you'll be billed for ad accounts.
  • Create and edit invoice setups for ad accounts billed through monthly invoicing. 
  • View current billing and payment settings for your ad accounts.
Payment methods
  • Apply for monthly invoicing as a payment method.
  • View payment methods belonging to your business and the ad accounts associated with them.
Invoice setups
  • View and edit information used to generate your monthly invoices.

Legal entities
  • View legal entities your business has access to after applying and being approved for monthly invoicing.
  • Add billing addresses for your legal entities.
  • Add billing contacts for your legal entities and invoices.
Invoices
  • View and download your monthly invoices.
