As I approach my one-year mark with Perchwell, I’ve been reflecting on what brought me here. Last September, I asked myself: “How do I continue doing what I love, but in a way that truly makes a difference - where I know I’m an advocate for my customers, prospects, and the MLS industry as a whole?” As a third-generation real estate professional, I grew up watching my grandmother and mom lead with heart. Today, I get to watch my mom run an MLS of 18K+ subscribers, always putting members first with that same heart/passion. That shaped me. For me, this is a career, not just a job. The last five years in our industry have been filled with change, noise, and uncertainty. But I know how many of you care deeply about your careers, your staff, and your members. That’s why I’ve never been more excited to talk with MLS and Association executives about how Perchwell is different. From our product, to our support, to our mindset. We don’t just sell software; we build partnerships. And it’s through those partnerships that real innovation and forward progress happen. Over the past year, I’ve done my best to reach out to every MLS I know (and plenty I don’t) for the chance to learn about your organization and share Perchwell’s vision. If you’re curious about what we’re building, considering a switch, or simply want to connect, I’d love to have a conversation. My door (and DMs) are always open. I’d love to fill my schedule with meaningful conversations and hopefully make some great friends along the way. Looking forward to connecting in the coming weeks and to seeing so many of you at CMLS in Toronto.

Great couple of days at the Thrive Broker Summit! The Early Adopters Panel was the standout. Hearing brokers talk through their actual experience using Perchwell and how it's working for them day-to-day. Chris Hasvold, Rita Tayenaka, and Brenda Meyer shared some great insights about the real impact they're seeing with their clients and daily operations. It's one thing to build features for agents; it's another to hear brokers explain exactly how those features are making their lives easier and their clients happier. Thanks to Katie Smithson for moderating such an engaging discussion. Thanks to California Regional MLS (CRMLS) for putting together such a solid event. The quality of conversations and connections make it worth every minute! 🙌
