🧠 Innover par l’impression 3D : l’exemple de KOLLIDE (K3D) Quand l’#innovation devient un réflexe, chaque défi se transforme en occasion d’inventer. Née d’un projet audacieux visant à améliorer la sécurité des joueurs de la National Football League (NFL), Kollide repousse aujourd’hui les limites de la fabrication additive (#FA) pour concevoir des protections sur mesure d’une précision inégalée. Depuis son atelier montréalais, la PME déploie son savoir-faire en impression 3D pour créer des coques et des couches protectrices adaptées à de nouveaux univers : hockey, vélo, sports de combat, équitation, mais aussi secteurs médical, militaire et de la construction. L’entreprise ne se contente pas d’innover dans ses produits : elle réinvente aussi ses procédés de production. Objectif : faire croître la ferme d’imprimantes 3D jusqu’à 1000 unités afin de produire 150 000 pièces par an, tout en déployant des modèles de fabrication flexibles et décentralisés.
