We built Computer, your AI teammate. Working together, we can make work faster, smarter – and even a bit more fun.

About us

At DevRev, we’re building the future of work with Computer – your AI teammate. Computer is not just another tool. It’s built on the belief that the future of work should be about genuine human connection and collaboration – not piling on more apps. Computer is the best kind of teammate: it amplifies your strengths, takes repetition and frustration out of your day, and gives you more time and energy to do your best work. How? Easy: it’s the only platform capable of… 1. Complete data unification Most AI products focus on either structured data (like CRM records and support tickets), or unstructured data (like documents and emails). Computer AirSync connects everything, unifying all your data sources (like Google Workspace, Jira, Notion) into one AI-ready source of truth: Computer Memory. 2. Powerful search, reasoning, and action Once connected to all your tools and apps, Computer is embedded in your full business context. It can find and summarize, sure. Even more impressive: it offers employees insights, strategic and proactive suggestions, plus powerful agentic actions. 3. Extensions for your teams and customers Computer doesn’t make you choose between new software and old. Its AI-native platform lets you extend existing tools with sophisticated apps and agents. So your teams – and your customers – can take action, seamlessly. These agents work alongside you: updating workflows, coordinating across teams, and syncing back to your systems. This isn’t just software. Computer brings people back together, breaking down silos and ushering in the future of teamwork, through human-AI collaboration. Stop managing software. Stop wasting time. Start solving bigger problems, building better products, and making your customers happier. We call this Team Intelligence. It’s why DevRev exists. Trusted by global companies across multiple industries, DevRev is backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield, with $150M+ raised. We are 650+ people, across eight global offices.

A new year is a good time to celebrate, but also for a quiet pause – a moment to reflect on what moved us forward and what held us back. At DevRev, we’ve held one belief since day one: work can and should feel better than this. More meaningful, more focused, more human. Technology has evolved dramatically. But we still see the same problem everywhere: teams feeling busy without real momentum. Chaos masquerading as productivity. So in 2026, we’re going to be doubling down on what really matters: Order over chaos. Momentum over frustration. Teamwork over tool sprawl. What will these things look like for you and your team in 2026? #DevRev

NeurIPS is one of the most important conferences in AI. It is where new ideas are tested, debated, and shared. Where researchers, engineers, and builders come together to shape what AI becomes next. And where the gap between theory and real-world impact starts to close. In this 30-minute livestream, we will reflect on NeurIPS 2025 through a practical lens. The conversation brings together: • Chia Hwu, fractional product GTM manager, attending NeurIPS and affiliated events • Ahmed Bashir, CTO at DevRev • Ritesh Goru, engineer at DevRev This is not a keynote recap. It is a grounded discussion about what stood out, what mattered, and what deserves more attention.

NeurIPS shapes the direction of AI – but the real value is understanding what actually matters once the conference ends. Join Chia Hwu, Ahmed Bashir, and Ritesh Goru as they break down the biggest takeaways:  • AI agents that are genuinely useful today. • Datasets you can trust (and reuse). • Models that will influence how teams build next. • And the overlooked but critical work of data cleaning & harmonization. If you build, deploy, or depend on AI, this is a conversation you shouldn’t miss. 🗓 29 December 2025 | 8:30 PM IST 👉 Register now and bring your questions for the live Q&A. #DevRev

We often talk about “breaking down silos” but what does that actually look like for a global giant like S&P Global? In this conversation, our co-founder & CEO Dheeraj Pandey chats with Swamy Kocherlakota, EVP & CDO at S&P Global, about how they’re approaching this problem together with Computer. The focus isn’t just on adding AI, but on connecting existing systems, teams, and knowledge so AI can actually be useful across their entire organization. It's why they partnered with us. Computer allows them to treat AI capabilities as building blocks, connect them through a shared knowledge graph, and deploy agents where they'll have the biggest impact first. “How does Computer work?” People have been asking this a lot, especially after they see the impressive impact it has with  real work, real data, and real teams. The honest answer is that it’s doing a lot at once: pulling in your scattered data, understanding what’s going on, and helping your teams move work forward with more momentum (and a few more smiles). So, we broke it all down in this video called… wait for it… “How Computer works”. You’re welcome. Want to dive even deeper into that “But how?!” We got you: https://dvrv.ai/4oSMjkL #ComputerbyDevRev

If you’re wondering why we named our AI teammate “Computer” trust us – that question sparked as much arguing and (mostly) friendly criticism along the way as you can imagine. But you know what, we couldn’t be happier with the name. And you’ll get it too, once you take this  unfiltered look into how an unexpected idea became an iconic name. https://dvrv.ai/4oUUPjj #ComputerbyDevRev

Join Ahmed Bashir (CTO, DevRev) and Anupama Lolage (Engineer, DevRev) for our next live session, where they explore how schema annotations sharpen AI-driven conversational insights. Discover how structured schema definitions equip Computer, our AI teammate, with the context needed to interpret customer conversations with accuracy and consistency – reducing hallucinations, capturing nuance across multi-turn interactions, and delivering precise, reliable insights. The session will also cover best practices for designing effective schemas and implementing them through real examples inside DevRev. Register now to be part of the live conversation. #ComputerbyDevRev

“Wait, these numbers don't look right.” The last words you want to hear when presenting an analysis. But with how most AI tools do analytics today, that's exactly what you'll keep hearing – unless you spend hours manually digging through data yourself. Which defeats the whole point. The frustrating part? These tools do a good job at generating SQL that runs without errors, looks perfectly reasonable… but still gives you the wrong answer. That's because there's a big (huge) difference between translating a question and actually understanding it. As you’ll see in this video, Computer understands. Thanks to its text-to-SQL capabilities, it learns your company's vocabulary, your business logic, your custom fields. So when you ask for "high priority," you actually get high priority, regardless of what each system calls it. Ask a follow-up? It remembers the context. No re-explaining. Just a natural conversation that moves across opportunities, meetings, tickets – wherever the answer lives. Done second-guessing your data? Book a demo: https://dvrv.ai/4rULGtI #ComputerbyDevRev

“What if your AI actually (like, really) understood my business?” That’s what Steve Januario from BILL kept asking himself after trying everything else out there. However with over 500K customers and only 13% deflection rates for support requests, their team was drowning in manual responses. Thanks to Computer, BILL now resolves up to 73% of customer issues automatically. Yup, you read that right: 73%. The best part? Production-ready in seven weeks – because they leveraged our pre-built infrastructure, not custom development. What could your business achieve if it had AI that actually, really worked? It's time to stop asking, and find out. It's time to book your (totally free, no strings) demo with Computer: https://dvrv.ai/4aQcFjY #ComputerbyDevRev

We named our AI teammate “Computer”. And yes… we heard every “wait, what?” in the room – loud and clear. But the best ideas often start that way. As revealed in the latest episode of The Computer Program, this wasn’t a tidy, safe, boring exercise in branding. It was, at times, chaos. The Star Trek callbacks. The (mostly) constructive arguments. And the moment we finally realized that the most ordinary, unexpected word might just be the most iconic name for, well, Computer. So what are you waiting for, watch the episode now to see how we skipped the safe bet – and made the right choice: https://dvrv.ai/3MQGZkA #ComputerbyDevRev
