MS Together is a UK charity supporting young adults aged 18–35 living with multiple sclerosis (MS). We’re here to ensure no young person faces MS alone. Being diagnosed with MS at a young age can feel overwhelming and isolating. MS Together exists to connect young people with a supportive community that understands what they’re going through, alongside trusted information and opportunities to thrive. We provide peer support, community events, practical resources, and tailored services designed specifically for young adults navigating diagnosis, employment, relationships, and everyday life with MS. Our work helps young people feel less alone, more informed, and more confident about their future. Founded by a young person living with MS, our community is shaped by lived experience and driven by connection, hope, and empowerment. Together, we’re building a future where every young person with MS has the support, confidence, and community they need to live well.
