Presentation #1: Federal Reporting for HRSA Award Recipients

Track: New Recipients/Refresher

In this session we’ll discuss basic grant reporting requirements, from annual reports to final reports required for closeout, as well as best practices for tracking and expense reporting (e.g., time and effort reporting).

Presentation #1: Navigating the Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) for Grants Management

Track: New Recipients/Refresher

This presentation is suited for beginner and intermediate users. During this session, there will be a brief presentation followed by a live demo. There will also be time for questions and answers.

Presentation #2: Best Practices for Budgeting and Rebudgeting

Track: Advanced, but open to everyone

This session builds on basic budgeting topics to highlight preparing line item budgets and budget justifications to include personnel changes, budget adjustments and rebudgeting requirements. We’ll explore cost principles and provide illustrative examples of common budgeting mishaps while also demonstrating resulting consequences.

Get and provide your UEI in each application.
