* Electricity reaches you through the National Grid, which contains electricity generated from a mix of sources, including fossil fuels. We match all of the power you use at home with 100% renewable electricity sourced from our community of over 3,000 independent renewable generators.  

Between April 2024 and March 2025, we achieved an unrivalled 88% match between our total customer demand and renewable generation produced within the same half hour, independently verified by the Matched Clean Power Index. Any gaps between generation and demand are matched over the course of a year.  View our fuel mix  

** Using remote monitoring, we analysed 102 Midea heat pumps over a full 12 months, covering all seasons. On average, these heat pumps achieved a 360% efficiency (a COP of 3.6) — meaning they produced 3.6 times more energy than they consumed. Using the  government’s official carbon conversion factors, we can see that UK properties heated by a gas boilers could cut their heating carbon emissions by over 65% by upgrading to a heat pump.
