Government-entered data comes from the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). Vendor-entered data comes from the entity registration in SAM.gov. 

Responsibility/qualification records entered after April 15, 2011 are available to the public. Integrity Records remain visible for 5 years after the action date per the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 9.104-6
