WELCOME TO FRONT ROW FOCUS (2.0)
Featuring the images and insight of David Simchock Photography (DSP).
Originally launched in 2014 as an on-line, photo-centric music magazine, then gracefully retired in 2018, award-winning music photographer, David Simchock, has revived Front Row Focus ("FRF") in 2024, albeit with a slightly different M.O.
With his primary website, David Simchock Photography serving as the base for his general photography and photography instruction endeavors, the new FRF will focus (no pun intended) solely on David's music photography, aka his "visual storytelling".
The site will also function as a general DSP Print Shop for David's collectors to order prints, ranging from a selection of his music photos to his landscape, nature, and travel imagery.
Continuing on with the original FRF "magazine" function, Front Row Focus will still offer concert and festival reviews and previews -- "Gig Stories" -- along with dedicated photo galleries of each show (of course!). But the primary focus (there's that word again!) of these features is now on David's DSP clients, including artists, venues, promoters, festivals, etc. that he is collaborating with directly. In other words, the site is designed to help benefit David's clients as much as it is to highlight his photography and, to a certain degree, his writing.
If you would like to be featured in Front Row Focus, and collaborate on a professional level with David, please register your interest by visiting the Music Photography portal on David's main DSP website.

“David has been the Salvage Station house photographer for several years and is always coming up with new and creative ways for us to maximize our partnership. He is a true professional and never fails to exceed my expectations with his exceptional photography skills, attention to detail, timeliness, and knowledge. He is fabulous to work with.”
