จำได้มั้ยครั้งสุดท้ายที่ที่ทำงานพาคุณไปริมทะเลคือเมื่อไหร่?
เมื่อวันที่ 5 มีนาคม 2026 FORVIA Thailand ได้รวมนักศึกษาฝึกงานจากหลายโรงงานมาไว้ด้วยกัน จากคนแปลกหน้าในตอนเช้ากลายเป็นเพื่อนใหม่ในที่สุด หลังจากใช้เวลาร่วมกันผ่านทัวร์โรงงาน นั่งกินข้าวด้วยกัน และเล่นกิจกรรมอย่างสนุกสนาน
จากนั้นก็เดินทางไปยังศูนย์การเรียนรู้ธนาคารปู จังหวัดศรีราชา ร่วมกับสถานีวิจัย
ประมงศรีราชา คณะประมง มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ — เพื่อร่วมปล่อยลูกปูม้าวัยอ่อนและแม่ปูที่มีไข่ติดหน้าท้องกลับคืนสู่ทะเล ช่วยฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศทางทะเลตามแนวชายฝั่งไทย
เพียงแค่วันเดียว ได้ทั้งมิตรภาพใหม่ ได้ทั้งผลลัพธ์ที่จับต้องได้จริง
นี่แหละคือสิ่งที่เราหมายถึง เมื่อพูดถึงการพัฒนาคนรุ่นใหม่ — ไม่ใช่แค่เพิ่มทักษะ แต่คือการปั้นให้พวกเขาเข้าใจบทบาทของตัวเองที่มีต่อโลกรอบข้าง

Today, we celebrate the plants that set the pace for the second half of 2025.
Congratulations to our Best Plants of H2 2025!
Every semester, our Industrial Awards highlight the sites that raise the bar in operational excellence.
This time, two new categories were added to the existing five to recognize the teams’ progression: “Best Improved Plant Performance” and “Best Improved Digital Model Plant”.
Across regions and activities, these plants delivered outstanding results by building on a strong FES foundation and expanding the use of our digital model plant solutions.
Their performance shows how powerful the FORVIA Excellence System can be when it’s applied consistently and with real commitment.

A big moment for FORVIA: we have just revealed the winners of the first-ever FORVIA Awards!
Last Thursday, we celebrated the teams whose ideas, commitment and collaboration are helping accelerate our transformation.
The awards were created to spotlight initiatives that drive performance, foster innovation and strengthen the culture we build every day.
The response was remarkable:
