Renting Studio Space

Thank you for your interest in joining the Clay Design community!

We are happy to offer rental of our studio to artists looking for a safe and creative place to call their own and work on their pottery.

For a monthly fee of $290+HST, you’ll have access to the studio anytime during our store’s opening hours as well as evenings when classes are running.

We require you to purchase the clay you use in studio from us, for $90+HST per box. Each box is MCS Clay Cone 6 Porcelain from Tuckers Pottery Supply, and contains two 10kg bags of clay per box.

These fees include unlimited access to our tools, glazes, slips and firing. Glazes and slips are made in-house; we have a lovely selection!

You’re invited to work upstairs as well as downstairs, but will be asked to work downstairs if there is a class running upstairs at the same time.

Storage space for your work will be provided.
