Hi, I’m Berta.
I design wellbeing experiences that create space to pause.
My background in oncology nursing shapes how I work. Years in healthcare taught me to understand the body under pressure: stress, illness, responsibility, performance.
Today I create retreats where people can slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and time in nature.
Why Retreat
Most people don’t need another holiday. They need a reset.
Modern life doesn’t leave space for integration. We move fast, eat fast, live fast. We carry stress until the body demands attention.
Each retreat is designed to restore the baseline: physically, mentally and emotionally.
