After finding initial traction from some customers in the semicon space, I have been tasked with further exploring this opportunity. Challenges include developing a network of people who may need our solution, understanding the challenges and defining a value proposition. The ultimate goal is to drive revenue growth preceeding a product development cycle.
Product Manager

Joined as the first Product Manager of the company with different focuses: bridging the gap between the product development team and the sales team, identifying opportunities for the nano printers and generators (P1 and G1) and create the development roadmaps for those products.

I have engaged with many spinouts along the years. In some cases this was formalized as consultancy work, sometimes it was done on a voluntary basis. Help included:
- Value proposition definition, competition analysis, market size estimation (bottom up)
- Go to market strategy, identifying key suppliers, and KOL’s
- Technical tasks: software development (for instrumentation), optics layout, electronics specifications
Co-Founder Dispertech | Jan 2019 - Jun 2023
I co-founded Dispertech after securing funding from public (NWO, Dutch Research Organization) and private (Nascent Ventures) sources. We focused on creating solutions for nanoparticle characterization including size, refractive index, and concentration.

Python Workshop Organizer and Software Developer
Python for the Lab | Jan 2017 - Dec 2024
Python for the Lab is a long standing project of mine. I focus on spreading best practices when it comes to Python development for scientific instrumentation. There is very little information around and I like showing how things can be done with as minimal overhead as possible.
- Organization of workshops (3 full days, anywhere in Europe)
- Dissemination of knowledge through the website, a book, and regular posts on social media, Reddit, etc.
