Well, the time has come to say goodbye to Fitbit. I was hoping the Google acquisition would make their buggy products better. Wrong. Google keeps tearing apart the best part of Fitbit: its unique features and the user interface/platform. Now Fitbit is coming to an end by 2025, I'm replacing everything with Apple Health.
I was quite content with the Fitbit Aria and didn't know the smart scales had gotten cheaper! After searching for a while, the aesthetic and additional health analytics, I settled with this one. It's quite an impressive amount of stats this scale pulls, I know it's just a different variation of BMT analysis but still :)
Are they legit? That may be a different story. For entertainment or inspiration purposes, I'm enjoying additional data. They tell you if your stats are above the normal range showing numbers in yellow or red depending on how off they are. Yikes but helpful.
The app is intuitive and quick to set up. It's better than Aria. If you are on the fence, give it a try.
