Hello Luc,
Is this a white page in your browser, or is it an empty PDF? If it’s the latter, is it completely blank or do you still see some elements?
You could try adding &debug=true to the URL for the PDF in your browser to see if that reveals any errors.
Let us know what you find!

It’s an empty PDF. he is completely blank.
I’ve added &debug=true to the url pdf, and nothing change..
An other solution ? π

That is quite strange… Do you see any logs named ‘wpo-wcpdf-xxx’ under WooCommerce > Status > Logs with todays date on them?
Or any red field on the Status tab of the PDF invoice settings?

Can you try “reinstall fonts” on the Status tab?

Or are you by any chance using the “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips + mPDF” extension? If so, you may want to check that you are using the latest version (2.1.2)

Thanks Ewout ! I’ve found the problem, it was module version php not actived :(. I’ve upgrade 7.1 to 7.4.
