    1. Menu is not visible – images are covering the menu
    2. Images are not responsive

    What can be done?

    Please note that our support for Free users here on the WordPress forums is limited over the holidays.

    I would recommend using this troubleshooting guide: https://www.metaslider.com/docs/troubleshooting/. There is a optimization plugin operating on your site, so be sure to check Step 5 when you get there.

    1. No, this does impact all the slides
    2. Have you tested other slideshows?
    3. Have you tried No Conflict Mode?
    4. etc
    5. etc

    Hi Steve.

    The SlideShow works fine on desktop view.

    Only the responsive version does not work.

    Issues are:
    1. The website menu (active on mobile view) is not shown any longer as the slide show “lays” above it.
    2. The slideshow pictures are not adapted in size.
    So, it is not a general problem with the SlideShow plugin itself. This is working and implemented correctly.

    Hi @pd79 the slideshow is responsive and doesn’t overlap the menu on mobile when I checked the site. Is there perhaps a different page we can check? Here’s what it looks like on my end:
