    Hello Sybre,

I’m trying to help google identify my store and link it to trustpilot. I have included a Trustpilot widget on the footer on my page but I believe it would help also if we can please have Trustpilot added under Schema.org settings -> Connected Social Pages. I believe this step will help for google to link your page with trustpilot and hopefully display a rich result rating for our pages like this: https://snipboard.io/ATtapg.jpg

    Thank you.

Trustpilot is a supported review partner of Google https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2375474

    Hi Barnabas!

I needed some time to digest your request. Sorry for the delay, I did see your email.

Google pulls store ratings from its own data and from supported review partners like Trustpilot—but this happens automatically via a data feed between Trustpilot and Google, not through Schema.org markup on your site. I don’t think the “Connected Social Pages” (sameAs) field is the correct mechanism for this.

Still, you can enter any link to those fields, including that of TrustPilot. I have plans to remove the named fields and make them ambiguous across platforms, allowing you to add as many as you’d like. Until then, you can use the SoundCloud input field (or any other); it won’t be processed any differently than if it had a dedicated field.

    Hello Sybre,

Thank you for your reply. I’ve added the trustpilot link as you suggested in one of the empty Social Pages field. I don’t know if it will work or not. Problably not but it doesn’t hurt to be there.

    For anyone reading this,

After speaking to Google about this they replied

In order to display the Store Ratings, the business should have a sufficient amount of reviews. The number of reviews may vary from business to business but most online stores are able to obtain a rating after collecting at least 100 unique reviews within the last 5 years in your target country of sale.
