This plugin is perfect on my pages which use a single row for the header but I have a page which has two header rows and it’s not displaying them correctly. I’m very new to WordPress development so it could be something I’m doing wrong!

My header is made up of my logo and site navigation. Below that, I also have another navigation that links to anchors within the page. This is a menu page so it allows the visitor to jump to different sections of the menu. When I create the header template, all appears correct but when viewing with the pluggin, the second row is placed next to the first so not what I want. How can I get it to appeat correctly? I can’t seem to attach images to this post but any help with be greatful

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @keithparaelcafe ,
First of all, I must apologise profusely for completely overlooking the thread.

I just took a look at your website and I get the impression that you’ve already found a solution? At least, I get the impression that everything looks fine.

BTW: Today I released version 1.5. This should prevent the flickering in the upper area that I see on your website in the header when you scroll almost all the way to the top.

    Thanks Hans-Gerd

I did manage to find a way to do what I wanted but it wasn’t with your plugin, sadly. I used ChatGPT to write custom CSS which got me where I needed. Gutted because I really liked your plugin

    Hi Keith,
oh, I’m sorry that you couldn’t solve this with the plugin, especially since the header flickers a bit when scrolling up. As already described, I was able to solve this issue in version 1.5.

But if I have time this week, I will recreate the menu design in a similar way to your menu and see what happens.

I suspect that the issue described could also have been solved by using the plugin with a little additional custom CSS.

Unfortunately, I saw this thread too late, otherwise I might have been able to test it directly in the developer console. But that is my fault, of course.

    Hi Keith,
I just had little time. Even though you’ve already marked the thread as solved, you might still find the solution interesting:

    • I created a template based on Pages with a second menu below.
    • I assigned this template to the corresponding pages in the second menu.
