Divi Updated – No forms showing

Hello,

The Forminator forms have been going blank every few days. I would delete the cache for the affected pages and they would reappear. However, the DIVI theme just updated and none of the forms are showing (links to pages below). I have deleted the caches, cleared my browsing cache, and tested the site from different search engines as well as an incognito window.

I have restored the version of the website without the DIVI update in order to wait for your response and avoid having to switch plugins.

I look forward to your response and would like to continue to use Forminator and not switch to a different plugin.

Apologies for the inconvenience here!

Glad to hear that you’ve found a workaround.

We’ve actually received another report of this issue so we’re going to test the cause of this now and will send a task to our Forminator team to provide a fix for this.

On my side, I don’t know if it’s related to Divi, but last update of Forminator made an error message appear on the form page:

Failed to load plugin: WordPress from url https://www.urlofthesite.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/olugins/WordPress/plugin.min.js

Hi @uloz

Could you manually upload/replace Forminator files via FTP and see if that helps? It seems that some files are missing after the update.

Will a message be posted in this forum once a fix for the issue is discovered by the Forminator team?

I want to minimize the amount of time the theme is not updated for security reasons.

We’d love to update you directly here but I’m afraid I can’t promise that. There’s a lot of fixes, improvements, changes and new features being worked on and added to our plugins and services on daily basis and a lot of things discussed on support forums and it’s not always possible to post such updates in each and every ticket, I’m afraid.

Can you tell us if you checked this with the latest version of Forminator? From what I see issues with Divi are now fixed.

Thank you for your message. I updated the Divi theme and after checking all the forms on the website I am happy to report that they are all functioning properly!
