    After years of using the plugin. After doing the updates, the description section is gone. The only way it works is by placing it into another block? The section shows where it should – but does not print on the page.

    Yes I have used another theme, like Twenty Twelve, and disabled all the plugins and yes the same issue.

    Whats the fix?

    Sorry for that issue. Recently we have released 8.6 version of Directorist plugin.
    Would you please check that you are using the updated version of the plugin?

    After update the plugin if you face the same issue again let me. And Please open a technical support ticket. So, our technical support team can investigate the issue properly.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Since you’ve already tested with a default theme and disabled plugins, here are a few things to try:

    1. Re-save Settings in the plugin settings.
    2. Check for JavaScript Errors using your browser’s Developer Tools (Console tab).
    3. Clear Cache (both browser and site cache) to ensure you’re seeing the latest content.
