Deeply disappointing changes

    This plugin used to at least allow blocking specific email addresses, which was the entire reason I installed it. Now that basic function has been moved behind a “premium” wall for $199/year. Charging that much for what used to be a core feature feels predatory, not an upgrade. I’ve uninstalled and moved to a different solution. Would not recommend.

    I want to clarify that blocking users by email is still available in the Free version, just like before. You can continue using it without needing to upgrade.

    The recent pricing update was introduced because we’ve added several advanced, high-value security features such as:

    • AI Fraud Detection to automatically identify risky orders
    • Advanced rule-based protection
    • Improved checkout monitoring
    • Enhanced risk scoring and prevention tools

    These upgrades required significant development, infrastructure, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure WooCommerce stores are protected from evolving fraud patterns, but core essential features like email blocking remain free.

    We never want any customer to feel forced into an upgrade, and your feedback helps us improve how we communicate these changes.
