    Hi @raunhar

Thanks so much for your patience. I just saw your messages, as the Support team does not work over the weekend. I’m glad to help you with this.

The plugin lets you fully customize the design and layout of WooCommerce email templates (like order confirmation, new account, etc.) including colors, fonts, headers, footers, text, placeholders, and styling: all in a live preview editor.

It does not create separate template files in PHP directly, but it overrides WooCommerce’s default email templates using its own design system.

    • Go to WordPress dashboard → Plugins → Add New
    • Search for Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer
    • Install and Activate the plugin
    • Go to WooCommerce → Email Customizer
    • This opens the native WordPress customizer with the email preview.
    • Inside the customizer:In the Email Type and Text panel, choose the email you want to customize(e.g., Processing Order, Completed Order, Customer New Account).
    • Kadence Email Designer includes prebuilt templates you can load as a starting point.
    • Scroll down and choose one of the available templates
    • Click Load Template
    • Use the customizer panels to fine-tune:
    • Container (width, padding, background)
    • Header (logo, placement, spacing)
    • Content (font sizes, colors, spacing)
    • Order Items (table style, product image size)
    • Footer (text content, social icons, credits)

Check the detailed documentation here: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-general/kadence-woocommerce-email-designer/

You can also use the download the free fluid template. This is a responsive design that adapts mobile devices. Check the article: https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-customize-woocommerce-emails-5-ways-to-brand-your-emails/

I hope this helps. Let me know if we can assist you further.

    Hi @raunhar

    Apologies for delay in reply.

Can you share the screen recording of the issue? You can use apps like Zight or Loom to record your screen or capture screenshots of the issue and easily share the links with us.

    • Extract the .dat file from the downloaded Fluid Template ZIP File.
    • Then, you can upload it from your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings > Emails> Open Woocommerce Email Designer.
    • Go to the Import Export Customizer Settings and you can upload the .dat file under the Import Settings near the bottom.

I hope this helps. Let me know if we can assist you further.
